Return and refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@jewelryjeannie.com for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with the original packaging.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- Returns must use the same service as the original delivery.
- Custom items cannot be returned.
Returning Defective or Incorrect Items:
To return damaged or incorrect items, please do the following:
- Contact our customer service team via email at support@jewelryjeannie.com.
- Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with it.
Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will contact you to determine your preferred resolution. All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for Size or Color Change:
If the size is not appropriate or you want to change the color, you may return the item. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging or with the company label attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
When Returning an Item:
- Clearly mark the package as a return (by checking the box on the Postal Service form).
- Include the total value of the returned items on the package.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that the original shipping cost is not included in the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
